Keeping key personnel operational
Waterworks, power supply, care services, emergency services and public administration only function for as long as the people on site are provided for. A defined reserve is part of operational capability.

Requirements calculator
A few figures are enough: how many people, for how long, full supply or rationed – and whether drinking water is included. You immediately receive quantities, cartons, pallets and floor space as a sound planning basis. The calculation is based on the 500 g daily ration; which ration is actually used is clarified in the consultation.
Why hold reserves
In a blackout, a supply chain disruption, flooding or a prolonged operational situation, it is the stock on hand that decides the outcome, not the ordering process. Anyone who only starts sourcing once the event has occurred is too late – and is competing with everyone else.
Waterworks, power supply, care services, emergency services and public administration only function for as long as the people on site are provided for. A defined reserve is part of operational capability.
Standardised units make quantities, issue times, responsibilities and storage locations plannable. In an incident, every minute not spent on organisation counts.
Once a situation becomes public knowledge, availability and delivery times can no longer be calculated. Strategic stockholding takes the time pressure out of critical decisions.
Product range
Compact, energy-dense, hermetically sealed and storable without a cold chain. The range is designed for long storage periods, high storage density and orderly distribution to large numbers of people.
Global Survivor Food Ration · vegetarian
The daily ration for an emergency: 500 g of compressed speciality bars providing 2,375 kcal – ready to eat straight away or preparable as porridge. Each unit is vacuum-sealed in an airtight and watertight aluminium foil pouch and additionally protected by a water-repellent carton. Free from chemical additives and preservatives.

Plannable units for depot and distribution
All logistics follow fixed packaging sizes, so storage space, transport and issue quantities can be planned precisely in advance. One carton holds 24 daily rations; one Euro pallet takes 55 cartons in five layers of eleven.

Emergency Food Ration · highest energy density per unit
The second compact ration in the core range – same format, different design. Nine bars, each individually wrapped in greaseproof paper, deliver 2,432 kcal per 500 g unit and thus the highest energy density in the range. Every unit is vacuum-sealed under nitrogen and closed gas- and watertight. Ready to eat straight away or preparable as a porridge with hot water.
Vegetarian. Contains wheat flour and milk protein, traces of soy possible. The product comes with a buy-back certificate providing full cost reimbursement within 20 years.
Vegan · lactose-free · 20-year shelf life
The benchmark for very long storage periods. Nine bars per 500 g unit, ready to eat straight away or preparable as porridge with water. Enriched with vitamins and minerals, vegan and lactose-free. Where a stock is to stand untouched in the depot for two decades, NRG-5 is the first choice.
Contains gluten and soya. NRG-5 ZERO is available for facilities with coeliac requirements.
Gluten-free · soya-free · rice-based
The same format, a different recipe: baked rice and rice protein replace wheat, soya and barley malt. This makes ZERO gluten-free, soya-free, lactose-free and vegan – the answer to intolerances in mixed groups of the kind that are the rule in communal accommodation and care facilities.
Without added vitamins and minerals – for longer situations, plan it into a mixed reserve together with enriched rations.
SOLAS ration · ready to eat without water
The classic lifeboat ration, in service at sea for decades and built to SOLAS and ISO 18813. Nine compressed biscuit bars, vacuum-packed in airtight and watertight laminate inside a water-repellent carton. Ready to eat without water and without preparation – the decisive advantage in situations without a secure drinking water supply.
Contains gluten (wheat flour). Halal certified. We enclose the current type approval with every quotation.
Emergency water in portion sachets · 5.5-year shelf life
Food without water is only half a reserve. Each unit holds 500 ml in ten portion sachets of 50 ml – this allows controlled, waste-free issue to large numbers of people without opened containers spoiling. The multi-layer laminate remains usable even in a frozen state.
Manufacturer's recommendation: no more than 0.5 litres per person per 24 hours. It does not replace a drinking water supply, but bridges its failure.
For acceptance and variety in prolonged operations
Compact rations cover energy requirements. For longer situations we supplement the reserve with tinned bread and long-life preserves – this noticeably increases acceptance among those being supplied and allows hot meals to be served. The selection is compiled according to duration, target group and storage capacity.
Storage & logistics
We plan deliveries to suit the situation and the facility: directly to the site, into interim storage or staggered on call-off. Where discretion matters, we adapt packaging, documentation and outward appearance accordingly.
Scheduled lorry delivery with pallet handling. We clarify delivery time windows, the loading bay situation and whether a forklift or pallet truck is available on site.
You secure the quantity, we hold it for you. Call-off in part quantities by site or deployment plan – useful where storage space still has to be created or several sites are supplied.
On request, unbranded packaging, black-wrapped pallets and water-, gas- and dust-tight protective pallets for demanding storage and transport scenarios.
Customer-owned reserve
You secure the goods at today's price, we store them properly – delivery follows only when you need them. That way you tie up neither your own storage space nor staff before the emergency demands it.
Securing today means costing today. Long-life food is pressed from grain, fats and sugar and hermetically sealed in special packaging – its price therefore follows the raw material, energy and freight markets. Anyone who commits today knows the price for the entire stock, regardless of how the procurement market develops afterwards. And if demand rises sharply during an incident, it is no longer price that decides but availability.
With the purchase, ownership of the stored goods passes to your organisation. The stock is assigned to you by name, documented batch by batch and not sold elsewhere.
Storage in our warehouse depots: dry, cool and dark, with documented storage conditions and traceable batch allocation.
You call off part quantities or the entire stock whenever you need it – delivered on Euro pallets to the site you specify.
Price and quantity are fixed at the time of purchase. Subsequent movements on the procurement market no longer affect the reserve you have already secured.
We set out the scope, storage period, insurance and call-off conditions in writing. The specific arrangements are agreed in a consultation.
Who we work for
Organisations whose operations have to continue during a crisis – or that have to supply large numbers of people at short notice.
Process
We record the number of people, the intended supply period, the sites, the available storage space and the planned distribution process.
You receive a specific combination of product mix, quantity, storage solution and delivery logistics – including quantity structure and space requirements.
Delivery, packaging and documentation are aligned with your security and procurement requirements and carried out on schedule.
Call-off deliveries, adjustments when requirements change and regular reviews keep the reserve concept dependable in the long term.
Frequently asked questions
The answers come from consultations with municipalities, authorities and emergency organisations. For your specific case we work the figures through together.
The planning figure is one 500 g daily ration per person per day at full supply, or one ration per person per three days when issue is rationed. For a municipality with 1,000 people to supply over 14 days that comes to roughly 14,000 daily rations, a good ten euro pallets. Most organisations start with a base stock for seven to fourteen days and expand it in stages.
Depending on the product, the best-before date of the compact rations lies between 5.5 and 20 years from production. Stored correctly below 22 °C, fitness for consumption is documented well beyond that – for GS-10 and BP-ER over 30 years. What matters is hermetically sealed individual packaging, constant temperature and darkness.
For planning we work with 2.5 litres per person per day, that is five units of the 500 ml emergency drinking water. The weight far exceeds the food component: for 80 people over 14 days, 616 kg of food is matched by around 3,080 kg of water. Anyone stocking only food is leaving out the more critical part.
Yes. With the owned-stock model you buy the goods at today's price, ownership passes to your organisation, and we store them properly in our warehouse depots in Innsbruck and Wörgl. Delivery follows on call, in partial quantities or in full. That way you tie up neither floor space nor staff before the emergency demands it.
Every delivery comes with data sheets, batch and shelf-life details, delivery notes and – where available – type approvals and certificates such as Halal. BP-ER and Seven OceanS additionally include a buy-back certificate. The documents are prepared to withstand scrutiny by a court of audit or internal audit.
We deliver EU-wide on euro pallets, to a fixed date and with pallet handling. Lead time and availability depend on quantity and product mix; for standard quantities from the depot we plan a few working days. For larger volumes we agree a delivery schedule in partial quantities. On request packed without branding and delivered discreetly.
